Projects start once we both approve a written scope that outlines deliverables, timelines, and fees. Adjustments to scope may require a revised estimate or change order.
Final assets belong to you after full payment unless otherwise stated. motiveFx may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Provide timely feedback, approvals, and assets. Delays in communication can impact schedules and may result in timeline shifts or additional fees.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless other terms are agreed. Work paused or cancelled mid-project will be billed for time and materials completed to date.
Services are provided “as-is.” motiveFx is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the project.
